## How to Solve Quadratic Equations

Mathematical problems are represented by different types of equations, and many equations are in polynomial form of different orders. The polynomial equation is formed with variable derivatives and constant integers that are related to each other using arithmetic operators. In algebra, equations play the main role. Equations are the mathematical statements that define the equality of the statements. In algebra polynomial equations are of multiple forms since they are defined in the bases of the degree. Equations of degree one are defined as linear equations, with degree two as quadratic, and so on.

Friends today we will talk about how to solve quadratic equations easily? The standard form of a quadratic equation consists of only one variable derivative whose highest degree is 2, which is why quadratic equations are known as second-order equations.

The standard form is given as ax2 + bx + c = 0, where “a”, “b” and “c” are constants that are required to evaluate the solution of any quadratic equation. Solving the square uses a standard quadratic formula that gives two roots of the equation as a solution. The roots are given as:

First root = (-b + ( √(b2 – 4 ac) )) / 2 a.

Second root = (-b – √( b2 – 4 ac) )) / 2a.

Let’s take an example of a quadratic equation and see its evolution using the quadratic formula:

2×2 + 2x + 1 = 0 (already in standard equation form, so no need to convert just recognize the coefficients) comparing this equation to the standard equation. By doing this we get,

a = 2, b = 2 and c = 1

now, put these values into the quadratic formula:

First root = (- 2 + √( 22 – 4(2)(1))) / 2 (2) = ( – 2 + √( 4 – 8)) / 4 = -2 – √4 )/4 = – 1

Second root = (- 2 – √( 22 – 4(2)(1))) / 2 (2) = (- 2 – √(4 – 8)) / 4 = -2 +√4 )/4 = 0

So the roots are (-1, 0)

To solve algebra problems such as complex ones, second graders can use the Second Grade Equation Solver, which is an online tool for quickly solving these types of equations.

Students can rely on online math help which provides various online tutoring services with the help of highly qualified and specialized math tutors for each branch of mathematics. In a predetermined time, most of the competition exams include math sums that need to be solved very quickly, so while giving math help to the students, the tutor also tells them the alternative and shorter way to solve different questions of mathematics in a short period of time. This service really helps students to get good marks in maths like other subjects. Kids, you can visit different websites for math help and solve various math problems with different solvers.
